Heat oil, add garlic and onion. Saute till translucent.
Add the mince. Brown the meat 2-3 minutes on high heat.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, mushrooms, chestnuts, stir well.
Add chilli, sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander.
Thicken with dissolved cornflour.
Serve immediately in lettuce cups, garnish with sesame seeds.
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
