Make these popular Brazilian churrascaria style grilled pineapples in no time at all. They're quick, easy, juicy and most importantly delicious. Great as a BBQ side, with ice cream or as an (almost) guilt free dessert.
Mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon, sprinkle over pineapple slices/wedges (both sides).
Grill 2 minutes without turning.
Once caramelised, turn over and grill another 2 minutes.
Serve warm on its own, with ice cream or BBQ meats.
