Make your own Chunky Monkey ice cream without an ice cream maker and only a few ingredients. Great to beat the summer heat.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups whipping cream (or heavy cream)
  • 125 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 50 g chopped walnut
  • 50 g chopped chocolate
Instructions
  1. Break the bananas into pieces and blend in a food processor until of puree consistency.

  2. Whip cream until semi-stiff peaks form. 

  3. Fold in condensed milk, banana puree, chopped chocolate and walnuts.

  4. Pour in a loaf pan and freeze for 4 hours to overnight.

Recipe Notes
  1. To make this vegan, replace the cream and condensed milk with 2 additional bananas. Replace dairy chocolate with vegan chocolate.
