Ingredients
  • 200 grams white fish (ling, grouper, lemon sole or sea bass)
  • 2 limes juice
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp coriander chopped
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Place in fridge and cure for 15 minutes.
